All new to the Humaniac™ range of animal protection gloves is our “Bite Protection Glove”. These gloves are available in a leather and non leather version.
Both versions of the glove have an elbow length gauntlet that is lined with kevlar®, the gauntlet has added padding bars along it for added protection. The hand of the glove is lined with spectra® (a cut resistant fabric) with extra padding on all fingers along with plastic knuckles sewn into the glove for extra protection from bites.
Please note that all of our animal handling gloves are bite and scratch resistant (no glove can guarantee that they are “bite and scratch proof”). Animal handling gloves can help reduce the severity of bites and scratches. Always use with caution when handling animals.

I bought a pair of these in August, 2025. They have been with me on multiple fight dog ring busts, and most recently on a case with a backyard breeder/hoarding situation where we pulled 63 dogs from a scene. These dogs hadn’t been handled much and were scared. We needed to clear the scene fast so that meant a lot of quick handling. These gloves took dozens of bites from small and medium sized dogs with ZERO punctures. You will absolutely feel the pressure and need to guard your fingers…but it saved my skin and prevented any paperwork on dogs that really just needed time to decompress.
